Product Manager

Manager - DocuSign eSignature Platform

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the DocuSign eSignature platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the platform meets their needs.
• Develop and maintain best practices for the use of DocuSign eSignature across the organization.
• Ensure the security and compliance of eSignature processes in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and support for the integration of DocuSign with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor platform performance and user adoption, and implement improvements as needed.
• Train and support end-users on the effective use of the DocuSign eSignature platform.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates from DocuSign to continuously improve the platform.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with DocuSign support for issue resolution.
• Prepare and present reports on platform usage, performance, and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing DocuSign eSignature or similar eSignature platforms.
• Strong understanding of eSignature processes and best practices.
• Experience with system integration and API management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to eSignature solutions.
• Project management experience is a plus.
