Product Manager

We’re seeking a Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team to lead Procore’s Strategic Integrations. You’ll partner with internal development teams and external organizations to create high-value integrations that extend Procore's capabilities and simplify customer workflows. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction, and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. Our customer-centric group encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security, and business systems. 

As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with other members of our core Product Management, UX, Design, and Engineering teams to define and execute a product roadmap for Procore’s strategic integrations that connect Procore to multiple platforms. You will spend time conducting customer and market feedback and translating those needs into a roadmap that improves customer satisfaction, adoption, and competitive positioning. You will discuss the future strategy for the integrations and work closely with other senior Product Management team members to develop and define our longer-term direction.

What you’ll do: (6-8 bullets)

• Define and execute on a roadmap to develop and enhance Procore’s Strategic integrations
• Synthesize customer feedback and market research to inform and guide your roadmap and priorities
• Define and scope the work you want to do in a detailed manner, capturing critical requirements and user stories in the form of Epics and Stories
• Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to transform your requirements into value for our customers in the product
• Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
• Monitor industry trends and assess competitor offerings to ensure competitive advantage

What we’re looking for: (6-8 bullets)

• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated initiative to drive change and results in a professional setting
• 2+ years of experience building and delivering successful products, preferably in a SaaS or Enterprise product environment.
• Deep technical knowledge and experience designing scalable, flexible platforms and tools
• Expertise in third-party integrations, SDKs, APIs, and developer-facing products
• Experienced in product data analysis with exposure to SQL, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated experience working across engineering and design to deliver new features that drive impact for end users
• Passion for customer success and seeking a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the construction space
• Experience defining user stories, structured requirements and specifications, and managing success metrics ideal
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and influence
