Job Description

Global Demo org is a newly created function that creates outcome/solution-based demos. We help our Solution Consultants and Partner ecosystem drive sales by providing them with the necessary narratives to do a demo as part of the sales cycle.



Demo Engineering is about to embark on several strategic transformation efforts, including reimaging solution-based demos that span multiple products and solve a business problem.  



We seek a Product Manager, Demo Engineering, to build product and solution based demos on our platform.


You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that helps to build and manage one of the most valuable sales and marketing assets: The IT Workflow solution demos that highlight the capabilities of the suite of applications in a range of scenarios tailored to specific use cases and business outcomes. This individual should be passionate about creating and executing inspiring demos, have deep knowledge of IT service domain, and a desire to make world of work, work better for people


What you get to do in this role: 


  • Work with product management, sales, marketing and executive stakeholders to define demo solutions based on market opportunity, key audience, and targeted business processes.
  • Work with the Goto Market teams and Outbound Product Management teams to develop thought leadership demo material to establish ServiceNow as a visionary in the IT  Service space.
  • Develop competitive differentiation demo assets to aid sales and partner organizations in establishing the value of Strategic Portfolio Management
  • Work in close coordination with Inbound Product Management and Product Engineering to inform product strategy and provide input into future product development.
  • Provide thought leadership and define best practices for scaling demo development and execution including automation to increase pre-sales productivity incorporating feedback.
  • Develop working relationships with other business units to develop scenarios that span multiple solution areas and make tangible our better together vision.


Qualifications
  • Over 3+years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow Platform as Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner/Developer/Program/Project Manager



  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities with proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development. 



  • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) products is required



  • Knowledge of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or IT Financial Management 



  • Experience with PPM and other program management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps and other Agile team tools is required



  • Familiarity with various Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum (and Scrum of Scrum), and Kanban.



  • Skilled in translating technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for diverse audiences.
