Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the product strategy for tools supporting the panel lifecycle, including Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and program managers
  • Champion the user experience, ensuring a seamless workflow
  • Provide regular updates and report outs to the executive team
  • Define and champion the overall product vision, developing a comprehensive strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Take direct responsibility for the financial performance of the related products
  • Translate company objectives into actionable product initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact.
  • Define and manage the global product roadmap, ensuring it reflects business goals
  • Utilize data to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills:


  • Ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Panel management and audience measurement experience
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large teams.
  • Financial Acumen
  • Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX principles.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in product and panel management, focusing on UX and product optimization.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
