Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy for tools supporting the panel lifecycle, including Salesforce and ServiceNow
Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and program managers
Champion the user experience, ensuring a seamless workflow
Provide regular updates and report outs to the executive team
Define and champion the overall product vision, developing a comprehensive strategy aligned with company objectives.
Take direct responsibility for the financial performance of the related products
Translate company objectives into actionable product initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact.
Define and manage the global product roadmap, ensuring it reflects business goals
Utilize data to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Skills:
Ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies aligned with business goals.
Panel management and audience measurement experience
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large teams.
Financial Acumen
Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX principles.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in product and panel management, focusing on UX and product optimization.
Strong understanding of user-centered design
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
