Product Development Manager / Team Lead (f-m-d)
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of an international development organization, you’re building up and leading a Product development team for automation, electrical and digital technologies in a system integration environment for Marine, Offshore and Process Industry. The Technology solutions are part of our integral Electrification, Automation and Digital products, which require Know How and background in the respective domains.
This includes development contribution in the SE Industrial Process and Module Control Suite basis and application software framework (EAD business) based on the TIA or PCS7 family, as well as the design of HMI process screens for SCADA system like WinCC or IA Ignition and industry specific software used to build solutions with functionality and connectivity for digital. The development of electrical solutions in the context of AC and DC grids including electrical drives covers all aspects from power electronics, electronic boards, 3rd party product integration with all aspects of integrated solutions in the automation and digitalization environment. We’re working within an agile / Scrum process environment to ensure efficiency and flexibility. Effective communication with the international team is a crucial aspect of your role, and your goal is to co-ordinate solutions team and guide development contribution of high-quality solutions that meets the needs of the SE industry.
