Product Control - Techno- functional Analyst

Main purpose of the job

The objective of Product Control function is to provide a Fully Cohesive Product Platform, providing harmonization and value add across the Product Management function. The scope includes overseeing Product level analysis and reporting on Product Scorecards, Advocacy, IT demand, pricing, P&L, Risk Management. Product Control function will also support Product with articulating and driving Vision, Strategy and Goals/OKRs through assistance with Strategy decks, Product Roadmaps, collateral and Ad-hoc requests.

The role reports in country to the VP, Product Control function

Key tasks & responsibilities

 Duties will include:

• Work towards the initiative around data mining and data mapping exercise, for the identified Product families. Solve data related problems.
• Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards on Product Scorecards, IT demand dashboard.
• Design the required data model and reporting on pricing, P&L and other Product be-spoke reporting.
• Its expected to the potential candidate to be self - driven, diligent, have strong communication skills and be a great team player. The ideal candidate should be a techno-functional expert with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with the involved stakeholders.
• Develop strong domain knowledge and understanding of Products.
• Continuously work towards process improvement.
