VACANCY FOR PRODUCT & APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER HFH

Responsible for providing technical support to Channels and sales and service team on specific Alfa Laval product/s or applications for Hygienic Fluid Handling.

The position / About the Job:

In this job the Product & Application Support Engineer would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Technical support for selections of HFH portfolio
• Application knowledge for Dairy, Food, beverage, pharma, personal care, and home care
• Basic Engineering knowledge.
• Support to channel managers for making the project offers
• Unilever project working with PID selection optimization.
• Claim handling wrt root cause analysis.
• Sales and operation coordination.
• Training to channels and end users
• Hands-on training HFH CS AS.
• Consultant visits for specifications approval for Alfa Laval Products
• Product Technical differentiation wrt competition.

What you can be?

Education:

• BE – Mechanical degree from a reputed institute.

Experience / Knowledge

• 5  years of experience in Sales / Support within Hygienic range of products & Field Experience related to Dairy, Food, beverage, pharma, personal care, and home care Industries.
• Sales experience preferred

Attitude:

• Planning & Organizing  
• Flexible to travel pan India (approx. 4-5 days in a month)
• Problem Solving Skills
• Working with Team & Helping and supporting to team for common goals.
• Analyzing and decision making
• Able to see the whole picture, as well as have an eye for details.
