Job Description
The role reports into the Mass Product Enablement function for Risk & Identity Solutions. This is an integral role in supporting Visa’s Value-added Services (VAS) across the CEMEA region. The role acts as a Business partner to Solution owners, Regional Product leadership and works closely with diverse business teams and stakeholders across the region to deliver critical support covering business insights, analytics, and mass product enablement related to specialised fraud management capabilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst who works well with data and understands the fraud risk related data dynamics and payments analytics landscape, which will be crucial for the success in this role.

This is a hybrid position.
Professional
• Post Graduate qualification with a business, data, or other relevant degree
• 5 years+ experience in product operations or sales/sales engineering support for products in the risk solutions space in areas such as fraud and identity management
• Familiarity with payments analytics as well as analytics that support fraud risk optimization. Experience with Fraud platform solutions in the banking/fintech space is an advantage
• Candidate has proven track record in driving business impact at scale in highly complex B2B environments through excellent program management and operational execution skills
• Preferably has some experience supporting mass product activations working at a fintech/banking operations ecosystem.
Technical
• Strong foundation of business analysis skills to support with data driven insights
• Understanding of risk and fraud data landscape including key parameters used in this domain
• Data analysis skills including knowledge of commonly used tools/techniques for analysis and visualization of data
• High level of competence with leveraging PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and other data management/visualization related data applications
• Strong Data building and management skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical Analyst who can work well with data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
