Job Description

GfKnewron is a cutting-edge platform that provides our clients with a single access point to brand, market, and consumer data, enhanced with AI-driven insights and recommendations. The Platform Services Team, part of the Platform & Data Domain, is responsible for delivering solutions that support common use cases across the products served on the platform. This team also delivers end-to-end features that combine assets across different products. 


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Platform Services Team. The ideal candidate will manage the product backlog, balancing the delivery of valuable new features for our clients in collaboration with the Product Owner. This role involves generating and testing new ideas, ensuring product security and maintaining a debt-free status, while allowing the team space for self-improvement. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Coordinate the delivery team and manage PI planning activities. 
  • Support organizing PI pre-/reviews and alignments to ensure alignment with commercial priorities and functionality needs. 
  • Align key priorities with the Lead Product Owner and define requirements for upcoming deliveries. 
  • Create and maintain a well-groomed, well-understood, and prioritized product backlog to ensure business needs are clearly captured and understood by the team. 
  • Support daily team activities, including agile ceremonies and reporting of success KPIs. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams in discovering problems and solutions, ensuring these are well documented and acted upon. 
  • Build strong relationships with design, engineering, and operations teams to support optimal workflows. 
  • Work closely with senior technology leads to generate estimates for new initiatives and choose the best delivery strategy. 
  • Collaborate with peer Product Owners to clarify and resolve dependencies and ensure roadmap transparency. 

Qualifications
  • Proven 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role. 


  • Experience in the software development lifecycle 


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 


  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities. 


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 


  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
