What this job involves:

• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that align with the brand and mission.
• Conduct thorough research on topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in video content.
• Plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment setup.
• Direct and oversee the production process on set, ensuring that all elements come together smoothly and according to schedule.
• Work closely with editors to provide feedback and guidance throughout the post-production process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital media production.
• Assist with other aspects of content creation and production as needed.
