Could you be the full-time Procure To Pay Specialist-Payments in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and supportive teammates.
You'll act as a pivotal business partner and process owner, driving initiatives to meet and exceed process objectives and KPIs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance controllers, Sourcing, Supply chain, HR), spearheading standardization of the Procure to Pay processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing, integrating, and transferring processes from regions to our Global Finance Center, but also actively engage in continuous improvement efforts.
We’ll look to you for:
Ownership of the Procure to Pay operations
Meeting and improving process KPIs and quality targets
Driving resolutions to critical issues and standardizing processes
Identifying and implementing actions to enhance operational efficiency
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance
Experience or understanding of deep accounting principles
Knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with process automation and RPAs
A strong understanding of internal controls and the ability to build process models
Green belt in Six Sigma (desirable)
12-15 years of accounting experience with at least 5 years in leadership or senior analyst roles in P2P
