What would you do? • End to End Understanding of the processes OR execution of tasks assigned. • Track inflow vs outflow • Validate all requirements (as per DTP) required to handle the invoice processing • If all valid information is not available. Take action to reject/query, to collate all required information/notify buyer / supplier as per defined process • Validate status of all Invoices and ensure appropriate actions are being taken as defined in DTP. • Initiate approvals required as per defined process. • Follow defined escalation process in case responses are not received. • Ensure all invoice handling /allocation is done basis prioritization , criticality as aligned with the client • Ensure appropriate mechanism is in place to review the pending items, on hold items and queried items along with rejected items. boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices. In this role, you will be expected to implement client account plans through relationship development, paid media, programmatic and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
