• Maintain the required audit percentages and quality check the images as per client specifications and website requirement
• Should know different image editing tools/technique in Photoshop.
• Should know how to change the product colour and match it with the sample provided.
• To provide constructive feedback where relevant to the team to improve the quality of deliverables
• Maintaining individual stats – Quality & Operational
• Adhering to delivery timelines specified by the client
• To constantly review competitor sites and make recommendations to maintain client’s position as market leader
• Work on activities within the team and have an eye for detail to highlight or identify issues in the work being completed
• Ensure constant review of ways of working and suggest better ways to deliver efficiency
• Lead by example through effective communication and ensure that timely feedback and information is provided to Team Leader.
• Support in day-to-day activities and manage team in absence of a team manager
• Manage daily capacity well to deliver numbers required for the day
• Multitask and be able to prioritise and manage tasks well
• Fluency in MS office applications to manage various files and trackers efficiently
• To ensure client’s on-line content continues to exceed customer expectations in terms of performance and presentation
• Ensure quality control checks are carried out, regular calibrations with the trainer and onshore counterparts

• Manage quality feedback and disputes
• Publish regular quality updates and scores as an input to the dashboard
