Responsibilities:
Process excellence and transformation:
Facilitate and/or manage projects within Group Finance area and work collaboratively with the business on project delivery;
Coordinate with global counterparts in relation with the business and process improvement strategies;
Support the organization area with projects execution by training and coaching others;
Ensure standardization and simplification of financial processes;
Analyse processes and understand how different activities could be improved or automated;
Systems:
Act as an ERP Finance Product Owner for Record to Report process:
Be a link between Finance and Digital in ERP context, with focus on enabling setup and implementation of system changes improving process compliance and efficiency;
Own ERP rollouts coordination within Finance and be a single point of contact between Digital and Finance;
Be a point of contact for Finance for questions related to ERP;
Act as a focal point / advisor for Finance and Super Users community for questions related to RtR setup in ERP;
Coordinate with Global Process Owners and Business representatives for both ERP changes and rollouts;
Drive other ad hoc initiatives supporting process and systems improvements.
Requirements:
Education at a Bachelor or Master level in Finance or related field.
Proven project management skills (PMI, Prince2, Agile or PSPO related certification is nice to have);
Experience with development of Policies, SOP’s, flowcharts and process descriptions;
Fluency in verbal and written English;
Analytical skills;
Knowledgeable in different continuous improvement methodologies including lean, 6 sigma, PM, business analysis etc.;
Available for travelling from time to time.
Additionally for:
1. Regular Consultant role:
Advanced knowledge of RtR process supported with at least 3 years’ experience in RtR area
At least 2 years’ experience in working with Microsoft D365FO and/or SAP;
2. Senior Consultant role:
Advanced knowledge of RtR process supported with at least 4-5 years’ experience in RtR area
At least 3-4 years’ experience in working with Microsoft D365FO and/or SAP;
