Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Process Analyst – Core HR, you will be supporting employee and business needs in delivering outstanding HR services for employees.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Update and process employee data in the HR System for accurate and timely HR services.
- Engage with customers to address queries and concerns related to compensation administration and processes.
- Provides data for the internal business controls team as required.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards.
- Understand and adhere to HR policies, and regulations, and respond to employee queries.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in core HR at an International IT/ITES Company.
- Ability to communicate and resolve difficult customer service issues.
- Proficient in Core HR processes (excluding Recruitment).
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement changes in the processes.
- Collaborates effectively with internal customers and external suppliers, demonstrating positive influence in problem-solving and work process enhancements.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever.
