About the Role
 


The Process Analyst in the Operations Program Management Office is responsible for collaborating with business and product teams to thoroughly document current business processes and facilitate the identification and quantification of potential opportunities and benefits, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentation. You will engage with stakeholders to gather insights that inform process analysis and contribute to effective benefits estimation and validation. Maintaining stakeholder expectations and addressing issues with project managers will be essential, as will adherence to established protocols. By working within hybrid global teams, you will play a key role in delivering impactful process analysis that supports strategic initiatives and enhances overall business effectiveness.
 


Responsibilities
 


  • Collaborating with business and product teams to thoroughly document current business processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all process maps and related artefacts.
  • Creating comprehensive high-level overviews of detailed business processes, documenting key assumptions and validating them through stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitating and validating the identification and quantification of potential opportunities and benefits, leveraging input from subject matter experts while demonstrating adaptability to unfamiliar domains.
  • Supporting the design and documentation of to-be processes in collaboration with business partners.
  • Gathering business requirements and translation into high level user stories.
  • Maintaining stakeholder expectations and raising appropriate issues to project managers and program managers as necessary.
  • Consulting senior stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution on projects.
  • Following established business processes, protocols and quality standards in the delivery of process analysis and documentation.
  • Collaborating in hybrid global teams. Work across globally disparate development teams, technology, and business, product, and customers to deliver effective process analysis and documentation.

Requirements
 


  • Demonstrate a proven history of successfully delivering process analysis and documentation across diverse domains, showcasing the ability to quickly adapt to new industries and environments. Candidates should have experience in business and process analysis projects that require the capacity to learn and apply knowledge in unfamiliar areas, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and successful delivery execution regardless of the subject matter.
  • Experience in documenting business processes using BPMN or UML methodologies, with a focus on clarity and thoroughness.
  • Demonstrate experience in identifying and quantifying potential benefits, with a strong emphasis on validating and documenting assumptions to support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to organize and facilitate workshops that drive collaboration and generate actionable insights.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective dialogue across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized project methodology (e.g. Agile, Scrum, L6S).
  • Have a solid command of the following tools: MS Office, Teams, Confluence; experience of BusinessOptix is advantageous.
