Asset Servicing Global Learning is the core learning and development support for our global Asset Servicing partners. We develop innovative, high-quality classroom, online and blended learning solutions to deliver an outstanding partner experience.


Role


As a member of the Asset Servicing Learning & Development Team, the Private Equity Senior Training Consultant will work collaboratively with team members to deliver training solutions to the PE business unit. The Senior Training Consultant role involves designing, delivering functional training solutions, analyzes solutions for continuous improvement and undertakes appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.

The key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Works with PE business unit leads, managers, and/or subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into learning objectives & solutions.
  • Ensures that PE training and development interventions are aligned with the PE business unit needs.
  • Design, develop and maintain a training curriculum for the PE function within the Asset Servicing Learning & Development curricula which can be implemented and delivered regardless of geographic location. This will include but is not limited to training interventions which speak too: systems, process, product, industry and regulations.
  • Acts as project manager for major, complex and high-profile learning and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate/deliver the PE curriculum within your geographic location and maintain all training and progress reports surrounding the training interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with other Global Training Teams.
  • Identifies and evaluates applicability of new learning & development vehicles, tools or programs developed by other organisations or vendors.
  • Leads global projects within Asset Servicing Learning & Development Team

Skills/ Qualifications:


24 months as consultant


  • Accounting qualification – ACCA/ACA/CPA or similar is desirable.
  • Prior Financial Services experience (for e.g. Private Equity / Real Estate / HFS / Financial Reporting / Audit / Accounting) would be a distinct advantage.
  • Prior training consulting experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Attention to detail
