Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the overall architecture of complex software solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design scalable and sustainable solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technology standards. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions that address business challenges. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. Architecture Governance: Define and enforce architecture standards, policies, and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across projects. Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Core/Must
have skills Proven experience of 5+ years as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in software development and architecture. 16+ years of total IT experience. Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed, and highly available enterprise solutions. Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques (e.g., UML).
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture) and integration patterns (e.g., RESTful APIs, messaging queues).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to
have skills Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is a plus.
