Degree from an accredited college/university in technology related field
13+ years of total IT experience in large-scale Data driven application/ system/ platform/ integration architectures
Architect and optimize the data flow between various systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance
2-3 end to end large scale implementation of custom financial reporting based on SAP and Non-SAP systems
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics technologies (SAP Analytics Cloud, Native Hana modelling, BOBJ)
Expertise in Hana Modelling and SQL for Data analysis. Must be familiar with different transformation (Aggregation, Rank)
Strong Data Warehousing, EDW, designing & building architecture and modeling skills
Good domain knowledge of ERP Finance, Controlling and Project module in the context of Professional Services
Experience working on SAP BTP and SAP certified Professional – SAP Architect will be preferred over others
Should have worked on Data replication and data cleansing using SLT; SDI/SDQ, ETL tools (BO Data Services, Informatica)
Act as a single point of contact for overall technology architecture & design in SAP Cloud Analytics and DW
Analyze business and functional requirements to define target SAP BI/Native HANA solution architecture
Experience in all facets of software development life cycle like analysis, design, development, system integration and implementation
Work with other technical SMEs to develop long-term strategy for sustainable and flexible reporting architecture on top of SAP Cloud Analytics
Good understanding of software engineering practices, design patterns
Knowledge/experience working with Microservices and Event Driven Architecture
General exposure to Cloud (AWS, Azure) and SaaS/PaaS products
Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as some project management skills
Ability to travel occasionally if required
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be based in Gurgaon/Bangalore office as part of McKinsey Global Capabilities & Services Pvt Limited (MGCS). You will be working with a group that is responsible to provide developers from our User Facing Tribes with new enterprise data by consuming source data, storing it in central repositories, and building consumption capabilities. This will involve all business value chain activities from understanding product needs to product development to on-going maintenance and enhancement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be part of McKinsey Technology & Digital function and help with data integration and financial reporting for the firm. You will be responsible as a Financial Reporting Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our financial reporting systems. You will focus on leveraging SAP HANA, AWS, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to create robust and scalable reporting solutions. You will work with deep technical expertise in these platforms and have a strong understanding of financial data processes.
