We are looking for an experienced SRE - Data Reliability Engineer with a background in data engineering and real-time data processing to join our SRE Platform and Tooling team. You will be reporting to Senior Director, you'll be responsible for:

• You will design data pipelines, observability platforms, and cloud data solutions that enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data support for Tools Building, monitoring, AI/ML processes.

Job Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mohali

• Must have 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud-SRE/DevOps/System Engineering, with a focus on real-time data processing and observability.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, Go or Scala for data engineering tasks.
• Expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, or Apache Spark.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache HBase, or cloud storage solutions (AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana for creating dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra for data querying and management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing data infrastructure.
• Understanding of real-time data streaming and processing concepts and technologies.

• Design, manage scalable data pipelines to process and enrich telemetry data from multiple infrastructure sources using streaming systems like Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, or Apache Spark.
• Develop solutions for ingesting, processing, and enriching real-time data streams to ensure and accurate insights into system performance.
• Manage data storage solutions using big data technologies or cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, or Google Cloud Storage ( or any On-prem, Cloud Data Store Solutions )
• Create interactive and insightful dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana to visualize system metrics, logs, and performance data.
• Work with SRE, software engineering, and product teams to understand monitoring requirements and provide observability solutions and Tool Building around it.
• Analyse and improve data pipelines and storage solutions to scalability, and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for improving observability and monitoring processes through automation and the use of new technologies.
• Collaborate with Multiple partner teams to guide right Tooling strategy and Develop data management or SRE/Cloud
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Cloud, and Product teams to provide data support for model training and analytics-driven insights.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data engineering processes, observability tools, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in data reliability engineering and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
