Support the development of the Analytics program for the Global region, using the latest in reporting and data applications technologies.
A Day in the Life
Utilize data from multiple sources to develop realistic, insightful dashboards and actionable recommendations
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual data processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing the platforms for greater scalability
Apply global standards, models, and templates to drive consistency in analytics
Implement and validate solutions in close collaboration with IT, managers and field employees
Lead the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects
Liaise with global and other regional teams for efficient sharing and strategic adoption of learnings and capabilities
Ensure the adoption and training of tools and ensure the coordination with other Centers of Excellence (CoE) and regional teams
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Completion of higher education, e.g., business, economics, computer science or healthcare
Strong quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
Proficient in Tableau, Python and SQL applications
Strong understanding MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluent in English
Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization
Ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
Nice to Haves
Experience in Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sectors
Experience designing data simulations and predictive models
