The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – Marketplace & Dispatcher Operations to lead the design, optimization, and scaling of our 3-way marketplace (Users, Couriers, and Merchants).


This role is pivotal in ensuring supply-demand equilibrium, dispatch efficiency, and pricing optimization to enhance operational performance. You will use pricing as a strategic tool to drive marketplace liquidity, improve fulfillment job rates, and optimize cost efficiency.


To truly understand the pain points of couriers and operational challenges, you will be required to travel and participate in hands-on deliveries, gaining first-hand insights into the field realities that shape product decisions.


As a first-principles problem solver, you will own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and continuous iteration, combining data-driven decision-making with deep marketplace understanding. Your work will directly impact growth, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

What You Will Do💡


  • Marketplace & Dispatch Optimization – Own supply-demand dynamics by optimizing pricing, incentives, and dispatch algorithms to balance the ecosystem. Enhance the dispatch system to improve efficiency, reduce fulfillment time, and increase courier earnings. Optimize real-time matching, batching, and routing logic to boost order density and lower costs. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and operations to build predictive models for supply allocation, courier availability, and order ETAs. Conduct hands-on research by participating in deliveries to identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Pricing & Incentive Strategy – Leverage pricing as a strategic tool to balance supply, demand, and unit economics. Design dynamic pricing models that adjust fares and incentives based on real-time conditions. Develop efficient courier incentive structures to ensure peak-hour availability. Use data-driven experimentation (A/B testing) to refine pricing models and improve profitability.
  • Product Strategy & Execution – Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for marketplace and dispatch operations. Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions. Establish KPIs to measure and enhance marketplace efficiency. Continuously experiment, iterate, and optimize based on user behavior and business performance.
  • Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication – Effectively communicate insights, roadmap progress, and product impact to C-level executives and cross-functional teams. Align product decisions with business objectives while collaborating with finance, strategy, and operations teams. Present data-backed recommendations to influence executive decision-making.
  • Data & User-Centric Decision Making – Use data science and analytics to forecast demand, optimize supply availability, and refine dispatch models. Monitor and enhance fulfillment rates, courier earnings, customer satisfaction, and unit economics. Identify bottlenecks and drive product-led solutions. Deeply understand courier, customer, and merchant needs through user research, market trends, and data analysis to ensure marketplace fairness, transparency, and long-term engagement.
