About This Team:The Integration Product team at TIBCO is responsible for building best-in-class products and services that allow users to quickly and efficiently connect data, systems, and APIs together, and then deploy them on-premises, to private/public cloud, or devices.Job Description/Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap: Develop, own, maintain and present the annual roadmap for products owned by you along with contributing to other horizontal product roadmap initiatives and stories.
Perform extensive research for curating roadmap so it reflects customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
User Experience: Lead the design and development of intuitive and seamless user experiences that delight our customers.
Implement strategic goals established by functional leadership.
Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
Conduct extensive investigation in collaboration with engineering to understand the root cause of problems.
Communicate with parties within and outside of your own job function, as well as with parties external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors.
Work to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization.
Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees across the organization within an area of expertise.
Manage large, complex strategic initiatives involving large cross-functional teams.
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
10 or more years in any role of Software Development or as a Technical / Solution Consultant in a customer facing responsibility with a strong technical background.
5 or more years experience in Product Management/Strategy preferred.
Requires mastery of product management for enterprise software. Experience in cloud technologies and/or AI technologies preferred. Deep knowledge of project management is helpful.
Ability to conduct market research and develop effective competitive positioning, highlighting key differentiators and value propositions.
Experience creating compelling product messaging/positioning and content, clearly articulating the product’s unique value for the target audience through various marketing mediums/channels e.g. presentations, events, social media, datasheets etc.
Prior experience in TIBCO Integration products is preferred.
Considers Customer Empathy as one of the important pillars to focus on Customer Retention.
Recognized leadership in owning Product Direction and Strategy along with professional discipline
Proven track record in implementing strategic goals and leading Key Initiative
