​The Role

As a Section Head - Piping Engineering with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.

• Timely completion of design, requisitions, and engineering deliverables.
• Discipline, operation and efficiency of Discipline.
• Adherence to Dept. / Discipline Working Instructions and QMS Manual.
• Allocation of proper personnel to projects and proposals.
• Overview of work progress and work-hour usage.
• Staff recruitment, development, and administration.
• Working within company budgets
• Quality Policy, Core Values and Objectives
• Discipline Management
• Staffing / Human Resources
• Budget / Planning
• Documentation
• Measurement and Performance 
• Proposals / Business Development 
• Client Liaison
• Technical Participation

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• A degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Discipline
• 20+ years of experience in Piping Engineering and Construction support in piping field,preferablywithaconsultant.
• OverallknowledgeinPiping Material & Stress.
