What success looks like in this role:


  • Responsible for the network lifecycle - Network Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization
  • Provide support for highly complex Network Upgrades and Network Migration activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems.
  • Understand customer's business goals and how the network operations support those business goals.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of customer's network and Proper documentation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their deployment across the organization 
  • Introduce new ways of working.
  • Act as the main focal point for highly complex network problem resolution.
  • Very strong knowledge of voice & contact center fundamentals management and development processes.
  • Develop and document detailed designs, and technology migration strategies/integration plans for solutions to be implemented.
  • High degree of competency in all stages of voice & contact center service management from solution design, migration, and transition to steady state support.

You will be successful in this role if you have:


  • Enterprise Networking and security (Routing, Wireless and Switching protocols, network architecture, connectivity options, network management, remote access, data security, standards and compliance, identity management, log management etc.) 
  • Designing and Architecture of complex networks.
  • Datacenter (Tier 3 / 3+ DC build including power & cooling) access control and building management system etc.) 
  • Extensive experience in working with as much of the following as possible:
    • Juniper MX series
    • Cisco routers: 6500, 6800, 7600 and smaller,
    • Cisco catalyst switches platforms: 6500, 4000 and smaller
    • Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K and 2K
    • Cisco / Aruba Wireless technologies
    • Load balancers - F5 Big-IP
    • Checkpoint, Cisco and Palo Alto, FortiGate Firewall.
  • On Premise Contact Center Technologies – Cisco, Avaya, Genesys
  • Contact Center as a Service – Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, Nice InContact,
  • SIP, VOIP, IP Telephony & Unified Communications, IVR, CTI, Call Recording, WFM, Dialers
  • Advance understanding about Session Border Controller
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Scalability, Reliability and QoS
  • Good level of understanding on the virtualization concepts.
  • Strong working Knowledge on Public Clouds like Azure, AWS
  • Ensure delivery of the infrastructure solutions designed as per scope & project timelines, through right set of internal/external partners. 
  • Expert level Internetworking Troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to leverage technical expertise of others.
  • Expert level knowledge in the following: - IP internetworking, LAN/WAN,
  • Ability to operate at all levels within the organization and cross functionally within multiple Cisco organizations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, content development and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and decompose into actionable and measurable plans.
  • Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated, strong initiative and be customer focused.
  • Work as an individual contributor.

Must possess very strong technical & account management skills.


Candidate should have an overall experience of 12 to 15 years.
