Join our Human Resources team as a Principal Global Benefits Analyst, and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.   The Principal Global Benefits Analyst will play a key role in managing and enhancing our benefits offerings across the APAC region. This highly collaborative role will require a deep understanding of regional benefits practices and compliance, along with a strategic mindset for designing and implementing innovative benefits programs. The successful candidate will lead multiple annual country benefit renewals, manage employee communication and education around benefits, and contribute to the development of regional wellness programs. This individual will report directly to the Head of Global Benefits and work alongside colleagues supporting EMEA and Americas regions. In addition, this role will partner closely with Compensation, HR Operations, and key business partners to ensure the successful execution of global benefits strategies. In this role, you will:  Lead the annual renewal process for benefits programs across multiple APAC countries. Work with external vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to review, negotiate, and ensure competitive and compliant benefit offerings.Develop and implement clear and engaging benefits communications to educate employees on available benefits programs. This includes creating communication materials (emails, intranet pages, FAQs) and hosting webinars or virtual meetings to ensure employees understand their benefits options.Collaborate with HR teams to design, implement, and manage wellness programs tailored to the APAC region. This may include mental health initiatives, fitness challenges, stress management programs, and other wellness offerings that align with company culture and employee needs.Partner with Compensation, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure benefits programs are aligned with overall HR strategy. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancements to the benefits offerings based on employee feedback and industry best practices.Stay current on regional and local regulations and compliance requirements for benefits, ensuring that programs meet all legal standards. Manage relationships with external benefits vendors and providers to ensure the smooth delivery of services and timeliness and accuracy of invoicing.Use data and analytics to track benefits program usage, employee satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.Act as a point of contact for employee benefits-related inquiries in the APAC region. Provide guidance and resolution for complex benefits-related issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.Note: This job description is intended to outline the key responsibilities and qualifications for the position and is not an exhaustive list of all tasks. Other duties may be assigned as needed.Your Background:  Minimum of 7+ years of experience in global benefits, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing benefits programs in the APAC region.Proven experience leading country-specific benefits renewals and managing cross-functional teams to execute benefits strategies.Strong understanding of regional benefits regulations and compliance requirements within the APAC region.Experience in managing wellness programs and developing employee engagement strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly to diverse employee groups.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with experience analyzing benefits data to improve programs.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.Experience with utilizing Workday and Microsoft Suite a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Benefits certifications (e.g., CEBS, GBA) a plus.Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diverse needs of employees across the APAC region.Proactive and innovative thinker who can drive improvements in benefits programs.High level of professionalism and discretion, with experience handling confidential information.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different regions (EMEA, Americas) and business functions (Compensation, HR Operations).If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.
