What you need to have:
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a QA Tester, specifically in testing data solutions built on Azure Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
- Have strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and Azure DevOps.
- Have solid understanding of SQL, data querying, and data validation techniques.
- Have good exposure to Python for running SQL queries on Pyspark using Python.
- Have proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Have experience with Power BI / Qlik or other data visualization tools for validating data and analyzing results.
- Have familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.
- Have understanding of software development methodologies, Agile principles, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
