Responsibilities
- 15-20 years of Control &Instrumentation design/field experience in oil and gas field including international experience.
- Knowledge of safety shutdown systems & HIPPS/OPPS
- Knowledge of IEC 61151 life cycle
- Function safety certified (TUV)
- LNG facility or offshore
- HAZOP/LOPA Attendance & action closeouts
- Preparation of Safety Requirement Specification (SRS)
- SIL determination /Verification
- Software knowledge- exSILentia
- Experience in Design and Detail Engineering including preparation , Checking and review of MR, Valves, Control system
- Field instrumentation selection
- Preparation / checking of inst. index , I/O list, datasheets, MRs, TBE, VDR/VDI
- Pre-order and post-order activities
- Handling package interface, inter-discipline co-ordination
- Participation in HAZOP / SIL activities
- Generation and checking of process and F&G C&E matrix.
- Interaction with client / licensor / PMC / vendor
- Conversant with international engineering standards
- Conversant with QA / QC procedures
- Capable of supervising & guiding all design activities
- FEED / EPC experience
- Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petro-chemical experience
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Graduates in Instrumentation/Electronics with 15 - 20 years of experience
