At Allucent™, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using a variety of backend and frontend technologies. This role will report directly to the Director of Application Development.In this role your key tasks will include: Lead and oversee the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. Design, develop, and implement robust backend solutions using JAVA, Node.JS, and .NET. Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and Angular. Mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
