As a Pricing Analyst I here at Honeywell, you will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will enable you to perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, adjusting as needed. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.


In this role, you will impact the organization by optimizing profitability through effective pricing strategies and initiatives. Your expertise in pricing analysis and recommendations will help maximize revenue generation and improve profitability. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives, fostering alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of pricing strategies. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will provide valuable insights that contribute to the company's pricing strategy and overall success.


Responsibilities:


Drive Core Pricing activities.


·Assists with annual price change process.


  • Performs daily pricing tasks which include managing pricing agreements or proposals.
  • Tracks, evaluates, and reports the status of pricing agreements and proactively work on price escalations.
  • Own Commercial RFQ process
  • Performs semi-complex pricing analysis of customer data, competitive data, and product data to develop recommendations on pricing adjustments.
  • Analyse and reports Price impact on a monthly basis

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years of pricing analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large amounts of data, use of MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL, Tableau, SAP,PROS and Business Objects
  • Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution.
  • Self-starter with ability to initiate and support projects, prioritize work & coordinate multiple tasks, results oriented.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple sites & time zones, and ability to develop effective working relationships.
