Roles & Responsibilities :
Actively maintain in-depth SAP product knowledge and Industry trends & technologies
Key Vertical Experience in Retail, Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities
Knowledge of process re-engineering, selling concepts, principles & guidelines. Understanding the impact of industry trends, sectoral priorities, relevant government regulations etc.
Experienced in ITIL, Scrum, Activate, ASAP and SDLC based IT Service Delivery
Knowledge of value articulation principals including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques.
Knowledge of client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently looking for new solutions.
Maintain awareness of relevant SAP Enterprise Applications products and technologies
Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of products/solutions provided by SAP
Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation and demonstration skills
Responds to tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s, proposals with respect to product/solution information
Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
Extensive experience in SAP environment specializing in Pre-sales, Proposal Preparation, Effort Estimation, Implementation, Global Roll out and Support, Transition Management, Team Management; Defining, Measuring and Improving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Comprehensive knowledge of implementing SAP for various domains such as: Automotive and Automotive Ancillary Industries, Industrial Machinery and Components, Oil Industry (Downstream), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries
Involved in all phases of SAP implementation, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, process and system mapping, design, and configuration, unit and integration testing including regression testing, key user training, end user training, production cutover, supporting go-live and post-production support.
10 to 15 years + experience in a related field preferred
Technical experience selling, implementing, and/or using SAP products,
Technical knowledge a plus, including but not limited to SAP only includes integration technologies, test automation tools, data discovery platforms, Gen AI etc.
Prefer background in ECC, S/4HANA, SCM, Logistics, EPM, and/or HCM applications
Skilled in presenting and demonstrating
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Enthusiastic and confident
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to discuss key industry issues at multiple levels (C-Level to IT Managers)
Providing presales technical / functional support while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal direction. A resource for less experienced Sales and Marketing team pursuing SAP leads. Develop and deliver high quality standard presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall solution being proposed. Design, validate, and present SAP solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
