Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Specialist to join our team and support the sales of cutting-edge MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions which is STABICAD . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales, providing strategic guidance, technical demonstrations, and value propositions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored MEP solutions .
- Conduct needs analysis to align solutions with customer challenges and objectives
- Provide expert guidance on integrating MEP solutions with existing workflows and technologies.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of MEP solutions.
- Prepare and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or pilot projects to address specific client use cases.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, presentations, and proposals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Address technical queries and concerns during the presales process.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials, such as brochures, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Train internal teams and channel partners on MEP solutions, emphasizing their value proposition and competitive edge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the MEP domain.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related specialization
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the MEP or as BIM expert in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM workflows, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP design and analysis tools
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of successful technical demonstrations and PoCs delivered.
- Conversion rate of presales engagements to closed deals.
- Client satisfaction ratings and feedback on presales interactions.
- Contributions to marketing and sales enablement materials.
