Recruiting, Developing & Managing a team of engineers and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve optimal performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the automotive and digital landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
Represent eInfochips at different forums
Drive the development of new features and functionalities for the digital cockpit, ensuring a superior user experience and maximizing value for customers.
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Desired Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally with a focus on embedded systems or automotive technology
15-20 years in OEMs or Tier one suppliers designing, developing, the digital cockpit environments in automobiles.
Infotainment System and E/E architecture experience, telematics, FOTA and A-OTA concepts IoT/wireless protocols
Virtualization (L1, L2, L3, L4), xIL development and integration (MIL, SIL, HIL), Simulation Tools (Plant and environment modeling), Lifecycle management , Test Automation , CI/CD Toolchain, SW/ Platform Debug, Programming Basics
Automotive Software: Skills as added advantages.
Basic skills: C/C++/Java/Python/C#/React Native
Experience in Program/Project management, Customer management
