This is your role·Advanced user of 3D CAD software (e.g., CREO/PROe/Inventor/UG), PDM Link/Teamcenter, 2D CAD (e.g., AUTOCAD),·Knowledge of calculations and designing transformer tank, stiffeners, cover and external components like coolers, conservator, pipe work, turrets, external conduit cabling etc.·Experience in FEA software (ANSYS/Pro Mechanical)·Experience of preparation of customer documentation like General arrangement, foundation, valve plate etc.·Knowledge of sizing/selecting of accessories like MOG, fan, pumps, terminals, cable routing, breather, valves, bellows etc.·Knowledge of tank design practices of European sites and global customers·Knowledge of relevant national & international standards for transformers.We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.·Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, mechanical engineering preferred, other engineering degrees will be considered with applicable experience in mechanical design.·More than 8 years working experience as a design engineer (or related roles)We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
