Mission Statement:
We are seeking a Power Quality Technical Trainer to join our Engineering team. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and expertise in providing Power system & power quality solutions. This position requires sound technical know-how, fun in learning and teaching as well as a confident appearance. Furthermore, we rely on your ideas for the steady development of our coaching tools and concepts.
Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the design, preparation, and implementation of the training for our customer, Engineering, Marketing and our service engineers.
You will conduct customer training, either in the classroom or on site.
Furthermore, your job includes the further development of the course content and training materials
You will work with field service, product managers, development, and customer support to improve training, training material and our tools and processes.
Additionally, you will implement new training methods like simulation tools, improve our certification concept and develop e-learning modules and hands-on lessons.
Monitor training quality and adapt the course execution based on results of review sessions and/or participant's feedback.

Your background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, specialization in Power Quality is preferred.
8 to 10 years of working experience as a technical trainer or any similar position.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach with attention to details.
Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical matters.
