Power BI Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects from inception to completion independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Optimize data models and implement best practices for data visualization and performance tuning.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing reports to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5-8 years) in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Strong dashboarding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Microsoft power BI Certification will be an added advantage
