ROLE SYNOPSIS


This role will focus on building the Analytics Strategy and execution plan for GBS. It focuses on crafting actionable insights for various global business lines in a balanced manner. This will be given Analytics COE that sets analytics governance for rest of the organization.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Lead the development of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead all aspects of the translation of complex business requirements into intuitive workflow designs and actionable insights.
  • Guide the development of PowerApps flows to address changing business demands and improve process efficiency.
  • Lead the creation of Analysis Services reporting models and ensure compatibility with interpersonal data standards.
  • Follow the development of visual reports, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
  • Ensure perfect data integration by connecting to diverse data sources, importing, and transforming data for Business Intelligence purposes.
  • Facilitate the conversion of raw data into significant and actionable reports and visuals.
  • Implement robust row-level security and oversee the application of advanced security layer models in Power BI.
  • Mentor team members on crafting efficient DAX queries and optimizing data models in Power BI Desktop.
  • Establish and implement design methodologies, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and promote standard processes.
  • Own the development of tabular and multi-layered models adhering to data warehouse standards.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements, providing mentorship and solutions.
  • Implement multi-functional communication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Inspire and develop a team of developers, promoting skill improvement, accountability, and high-quality work you're doing.

Education and Qualification:


  • Experience with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Power Apps, and SAP.
  • Experienced in working with large datasets from SAP Hana or BW
  • Must have 10+yrs demonstrated ability in data-specific roles.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft BI Stack
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Expert in using advanced-level calculations
  • software development skills
  • Good to have python development skills
