• The Advantedge Services team's primary responsibility is to develop and deploy solutions to manage DISW services knowledge, as well as applications to harness this knowledge throughout project execution to assure consistent, high-quality project outputs.
• As a Polarion Product Architect, You will be in charge of all elements of Advantedge Systems, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all solutions implemented on the Siemens Polarion Platform.

To ensure that solutions match business needs, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architect(s), Project Manager, and other internal and external collaborators.

You will translate requirements into specific technical solutions, align the solutions with product capabilities and roadmap, leverage industry and Siemens standard methodologies to architect & design solutions, and collaborate with Agile teams to install, configure, test, and deploy Polarion-based solutions.

Also conduct design reviews, code reviews, review configuration management practices, technical and user documentation, deployment readiness, and reports.

A person will give direction to guarantee that all crucial functional/non-functional/integration and systems testing activities, as well as migration activities, are carried out in order to provide users with a high-quality solution.

You will collaborate with Cloud engineering and operations teams to assess the deployment architecture and infrastructure design meets the system, performance, security, and scalability requirements and will establish strong networks with product development and support organizations to leverage product insights, roadmap, and standard methodologies as well as to share feedback, raise requests and convey requirements from the user community.

Your work as a trusted adviser inside our organization will require you to interact with senior leaders, make crucial business decisions, and take part in global efforts focused at crafting future processes and systems.

We require a Graduate / Post-Graduate (Bachelors/Masters) in Engineering with 12 - 15 years proven experience in the IT services and Project Management domain.

With an engineer’s background you have passion for seeking improvements, you love working with people and enjoy collaborating in international, assorted crew.

You have experience in projects involving Siemens Polarion Platform and have a good understanding of how Polarion addresses customer’s business needs. Your understanding of Polarion includes various templates including Agile and SAFe templates, integrations with other platforms such as Teamcenter, JIRA etc.

If you have similar work experience with other driven solutions such as JIRA, IBM Rational DOORS, or other Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, your candidature will be considered.

You have extensive experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, SVN and working experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, Web services incl. RESTful web services.

You are an Agile / SAFe practitioner who is proficient in Agile methodologies, tools, and DevOps, and will demonstrate a detailed, professional know-how in Technical and Systems Architecting, based on practical experience including a good understanding of architectural practices, patterns, and standards. You have experience in designing, deploying and operating Polarion-based solutions on cloud and have the ability to interact with and guide Cloud operations teams.

We need a proactive applicant that can work independently and bring in collective knowledge experience within DISW to develop solutions for complex problems while going the last mile and encouraging others to follow.

You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a variety of teams globally across hierarchies combined with significant experience presenting complex technical concepts and solutions to senior leaders.
