POD Lead / Team Leader :: Overseas Education
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Achieve Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas).
● Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team.
● Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey.
● Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors.
● Maintain high Satisfaction ratings.
● Report & Data Management.
● Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team.
● Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets.
● Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Bonus.
● Existing relationships with Universities / Colleges ( Within India or Abroad).
● Involved in Business Development activities.
Ideal Persona:
● The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (Edtech experience preferred).
● 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 associates.
● Sound Understanding of the sales process.
● Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.
● Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences.
● Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred).
● Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
● Expertise in time management, analytical and organisational skills along with prior experience in Team Management.
Good to Have:
● Experience in handling top line and bottom line sales funnel.
● Experience of owning a P&L of a Branch / Team.
● Experience in working with external partners or Sub-agents.
● Experience in conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars.
