With a huge strength of Employee and Seafarers, we own and operate the world’s largest Maritime Network in more than 70 countries.  Wilhelmsen Ship Management Chennai is looking for a PMS Database Assistant for it’s Global PMS Support Team. This position is on contract basis with the possibility for a permanent position based on performance and requirement.

Enlisted below is the main responsibility for this position:

• Support PMS (Planned Maintenance System) Project team for PMS Database building Projects.
• Assist Technical Support team to update PMS related technical details in PMS System.
• Analyze technical manuals and extract technical data.
• Quality check of technical data to ensure that meets Wilhelmsen Ship Management’s standard.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information from PMS System.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other activities as instructed by Team lead.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum graduation preferably in Engineering.
• Good command of oral and written English
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Excel and Typing is must.
• 1 – 2 Year experience in Support and/or data entry is preferred.
