 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Digital Assets team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

 In this role, you will:

• Finance and Resource Management: Using HSBC tools, support the preparation and updating of financial and resource data, ensuring that data is accurate, relevant and to a suitable level of quality.
• Third Party Management: Manage the end-to-end workflow around Third Party software and consultancy, including engagement with procurement, accruals set-up, monitoring, and onboarding.
• Governance and Reporting: Take ownership or contribute to the production of reports and relevant management information across projects and workstreams for governance forums.
• Department Operations: Participate in department operational activities, supporting Senior Managers with BAU & non-BAU work pieces such as various people programmes, finance, delivery reporting and change initiatives. This is both globally and regionally.
• Internal/External Relationships: Build and maintain relevant internal networks to share knowledge and best practice and to build the profile and capability of the PMO Community. 
• Adhere to HSBC processes and methodologies: Ensure workflow and operational processes are effectively executed with relevant approvals obtained and escalate any risks as required.
• People and Self Development: Take responsibility for self-development, actively seeking feedback and responding accordingly.
