Role descriptionResponsible for the smooth and efficient management of the end to end coordination of multiple projects for the set of countries. He / She is responsible for planning, commissioning, and monitoring the activities for successful completion of assigned projects.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordination:
- Coordinating with multiple cross-country teams to manage the assigned projects independently
- Continuously review the services provided to the clients to identify and exploit potential efficiencies
- Take accountability of deadlines – actively escalate and seek help if timings are not being met-
- Report any problems that arise on the projects, and be aware of the troubleshooting steps and action taken
- Decision making to provide solutions and suggestions
- Take ownership of all the outcomes of the project managed
- Keep all parties informed of status and progress
Communication
- Independently handle client communication
- To establish a point of contact with your client and develop the relationship
- To actively encourage closer relations between Client Service, local teams and technical teams-
- Lead / Attend kick off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls and provide regular project
status updates, handling queries, supporting and guiding all relevant teams
Quality
- To QC all specified tasks/steps in the process, feeding back errors and suggesting improvements where possible
- To ensure that all QC is actioned in/by the specified timeframe
- To ensure that all feedback is logged on the necessary spreadsheets both accurately and by the
specified deadline
Process Management
- Planning and Scheduling
- Project billing
- Monitor process and identify deviations from standards
- Maintain error logs, Gap analysis, seek error minimization
- To ensure that work requests are interpreted correctly, reviewed and the client is aware of impact on delivery
- Develop, maintain and demonstrate good knowledge of relevant product categories
Technical skillsWorking knowledge and intermediate level of expertise in word, excel and PPT-
- Knowledge of any Project Management/ Scheduling tools such as MS project, Gantt charts will be added advantage
- Basic knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM Master methodologies are preferred but not mandatory
