Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:·       Technically lead implementation teams in analyzing requirements and contribute to the design of PLM Solutions intended to address complex client requirements


·       This lead position is focused primarily on the technical aspects of an implementation but provides input to the shaping of technical & Functional strategies, drive strategic solutions including industry PLM roadmap.


·       Supervise and participate as appropriate in all phases of implementation projects including proposing best practices, installing and configuring PLM software, customization, GUI, development, testing, debugging, Upgrade, data migration…


·       Participates in business development by sourcing opportunities for potential engagements


·       Leverages skills about IoT with PLM solutions (technical documentation and technical information management solutions for Manufacturing companies)


·       Experience in management of complex and multiple IT infrastructure projects


·       Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project engagement, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.


·       Key Responsibilities : Primarily will be involved driving business growth and coming out with optimized solutions Will be working with client, client account teams and capability team to mine the opportunities and come out with end to end solutions Will also be involved in Project Planning, scheduling, leading, managing PLM projects Will be involved in the development of new requirements covering the various development phases that Accenture resources are involved in 1 Requirements Gathering, 2 Design, 3 Build, 4 Test


·       Technical Experience : 1 Need to have a good experience in Siemens Teamcenter Unified UA that includes configuration, customization and data model 2 Ability to understand client needs and able to get things done from team and different stake holders 3 Additional PLM experience in PTC Windchill / FlexPLM / Teamcenter Enterprise / Dassault Enovia is a plus 4 Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas, design PLM solutions, and facilitate deployment

Required skills:We are looking for a highly motivated individual who works well with organizational stakeholders and is responsible for identifying business needs, functional and technical design, prototyping, implementing, testing, following support procedures and supporting implementations. As an SME, person should be able to design the architecture of PLM solutions and configure /customize PLM products.


·       Engineering Degree or post graduate Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering


·       Vast Experience in PLM solution development, customization, configuration and deployment


·       Experience in minimum of two or more areas – PLM, MES, ERP & CAD.


·       Experience in developing Integrations with legacy systems, ERP & MES applications


·       Knowledge on one or more CAD (MCAD, ECAD...) integration with PLM (Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Altium, Zuken) 


·       Exposure in Mechatronics


·       Guide project teams in detailed solution designs including data model, infrastructure architecture, UI designs, business rules, process diagrams and life cycle processes


·       Experience in the Migrations PLM-PLM, Legacy-PLM, Lift & Shift to cloud.


·       Experience in PLM customization effort estimation and proposal writing


·       Skilled in developing PLM solution offerings based on Industry PLM Roadmap


·       Good work experience in C, C++, Java, ReactJS, Database (Oracle/MS-SQL/other), Low code development


·       Exposure to IoT Platforms (PTC ThingWorx, PTC ThingWorx Navigate Apps Development, MQTT/LoRa, Mindsphere, etc)


·       Good Customer facing skills


·       Support deliverable development in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Project.

Participate in interviews, workshops, and training sessions
