Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer at Engelburg Controls in Bengaluru and UAE. The person should be ready to relocate to different countries for the automation projects. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC systems for industrial automation projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.
Qualifications
· PLC/DCS Programming logics on PCS7, Simatic Manager, TIA Portal based on Valve matrix. SCADA/HMI graphics development on Simatic WinCC and TIA portal based on P&I diagram.
· Review of P&ID and identifying Process Instruments like control valves, Sensors & transmitters and selection of instruments and control System.
· Preparation of Automation and Instrumentation List, I/O List, FDS, Bit List and automation Architecture Design.
· Integrating SCADA and PLC and performing necessary simulation bench test of the program.
· Installation and Configuration of Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Drives, Instruments, Valve modules and RIO Panels.
· Configuration of redundant systems, Field instruments & third-party communications.
· Sensor Calibration of DP, Load cell, Capacitance Level, Rader Level, pH, DO and conductivity.
· Profound knowledge in ISPE “GAMP5”, 21 CFR part 11, Computerized System Validation (CSV), Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV).
· Execution of Pre-FAT, FAT and SAT of the equipment with the internal QA team and client.
Commissioning and Qualification of the Equipment with Compliance of Process Data
