Job Description:
We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry supporting FX & FI trading platforms and/or related operational functions. This role supports our Globallink international client base who are utilizing a wide range of products; Currenex, FX Connect, TradeNexus and Fund Connect.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets India COO (SSGM) which will be going through a complete transformation. Platform Support Operations is part of the SSGM-Globallink organization which will provide coverage for all regions, EMEA, APAC and North America during their specific time zone.
Position Responsibilities:
Client facing position with strong emphasis on client service and problem resolution
Provide first level application support which includes system monitoring, user set up and maintenance, report generation and inquiry management and resolution
Research, resolve and respond to incoming user inquiries from external and internal stakeholders with urgency
Diagnose and troubleshoot platform issues including account access, password resets, certificate issues and trade related events
Guide users through basic login issues and platform features
Monitor system alerts and escalate potential issues and delays to management
Timely escalation of unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support
Support Application Programming Interface, (API) connections
Ability to manage multiple tasks / priorities
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure, working to deadlines in a high volume environment
Continually evaluate processes and procedures and work with management to implement improvements
Knowledge/Experience/Skills Required:
Customer focus
3-5 years’ experience in finance sector with a focus on FX / FI platform support and/or operations
Ability to think critically and resolve complex problems
Strong excel skills – VLookups and Pivot Tables
Shift Timings:
Global Shift (US, EMEA, APAC)
