Your role:

• Lead a team of developers, designers, and testers to deliver software solutions for clients.
• Successfully manage projects from inception to completion, consistently meeting quality standards.
• Implemented Agile methodologies, improving team productivity and project outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

• 10-14yrs of total experience
• Project Planning & Execution : Expert in developing comprehensive project plans, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration : Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Risk Management : Proficient in identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Communication : Excellent communicator, able to clearly convey project updates, expectations, and feedback to all stakeholders.
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies : Experienced in implementing and managing projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
