Platform Operations & Application Support Engineer - Director - Infrastructure Production Management & Reliability Engineering Profile Description Were seeking someone to join our team as (Director) Platform Operation & Application Support Engineer to work with our cross-functional team and join our WM Platform Operation L2, who will troubleshoot platform issues/outages and code (scripting), as well as participate in a variety of architecture and design discussions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and collaborative team player committed to delivering solutions and has the ability to work with minimal supervision. WMTechnology Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team. Core Platform Services Core Platform Services is responsible for driving Resiliency, Automation, Performance, Stability, and Efficiency across Wealth Management Technology. Infrastructure Production Management & Reliability Engineering This is Director position that maintains the stability and reliability of the organization's infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability to support business operations.
