The RoleAs a Piping Engineer with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc…. 

• Prepare and review project documentation including P&IDs, piping plans, and material specifications.
• Oversee piping installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct or oversee pressure testing, leak testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
• Coordinating with Engineering team including raising of technical queries associated with site design/ operational changes.
• Support to both operations and commissioning for full function testing.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
• A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of mechanical engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• A good working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
• Competent use of mechanical engineering specific software and relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Engineering experience in the same or similar industry, and developing leadership skills.
• Some job site or factory experience.
• A recognized degree in the relevant engineering discipline or equivalent. BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status
• 3 - 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
