We are currently seeking a Piping Designers (E3D) / (S3D) to join our Chennai Team, and this position will be directly reporting to Head- Piping Design Department.

About the mission we offer you:

We are seeking a skilled Piping Designer with expertise in E3D and/or S3D software to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping design and will be responsible for creating detailed piping layouts and designs for various projects. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Piping Designer, with a focus on E3D and/or S3D software.
• Strong understanding of piping design principles, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in E3D and/or S3D software, with the ability to produce high-quality designs and drawings.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards, such as ASME, ANSI, and API.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• Develop and design piping systems using E3D and/or S3D software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of piping systems, including isometrics, orthographic, and piping layouts.
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers to ensure the integration of piping systems with other disciplines.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and verify existing conditions as needed.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to optimize piping designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and bills of materials.
• Support the resolution of design-related issues during construction and commissioning phases.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and records.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in piping design technologies and industry best practices.
