Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll support and lead technical activities on Alstom products during various phases including Product Introduction, Commissioning, and Warranty. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Introduction Management, RAMS, Quality, Installation and Test & Commissioning), diagnose and troubleshoot operational equipment issues, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of providing technical guidance, ensuring quality control of failure management data for RAMS exploitation, but also advising on customer satisfaction and product enhancements.
We’ll look to you for:
Diagnosing causes of equipment malfunction and recommending preventative and corrective actions
Defining troubleshooting methodologies and supporting technicians in repairs
Driving reliability growth and containment of failures
Managing as-maintained product configuration and documentation
Engaging in technical reviews with stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with EHS rules and supporting audits

Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
Experience or understanding of mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
Knowledge of railway safety, RAM, and EHS principles
Familiarity with product knowledge and data analytics
A certification in internal EHS training
Problem-solving skills and quality management experience
Effective communication for customer interactions
